Bobbitt is proud to design and build the new JNX Public Safety Hangar in Johnston County, a 60,000-square-foot facility that will bring the North Carolina State Highway Patrol’s Special Operations Division together under one roof.
The new facility is designed to support the specialized teams and resources behind critical emergency response operations across North Carolina. It will include space for air and water rescue equipment, training rooms, offices, and a dedicated hangar area, creating a centralized home for the division’s operations.
Construction is currently underway, and the facility continues to take shape thanks to the collaboration of our project team, trade partners, and everyone involved.
For Bobbitt, this project is about more than building a new facility. It’s about creating a space that supports the people who respond when North Carolinians need them most.
