Bobbitt is proud to have partnered with Lenovo on the expansion of its U.S. manufacturing facility in Whitsett, North Carolina, helping bring a significant investment in advanced manufacturing and technology to life here in our home state.
The multi-million-dollar expansion doubled the facility’s footprint to 890,000 square feet, increasing Lenovo’s U.S. server production capacity to meet growing demand for AI infrastructure. The investment is also expected to create approximately 1,000 new jobs, further strengthening the Triad’s workforce and North Carolina’s growing manufacturing economy.
For Bobbitt, the impact of this project extends far beyond the additional square footage. It represents an investment in people, innovation, and the future of manufacturing in North Carolina.
