Bobbitt was proud to celebrate the opening of the new Pender County Health & Human Services facility, an 89,000-square-foot consolidated services hub designed to better serve residents across the county.
Created as a one-stop location for essential services, the new facility brings a wide range of resources together under one roof. Residents can access services including dental care, vaccines, child and family support, environmental health, and more in a space designed to be welcoming, accessible, and family-friendly.
Delivered by Bobbitt using a design-build approach, the project was guided by a shared vision of creating a more efficient and accessible experience for both Pender County residents and staff.
Seeing that vision become a reality was a rewarding milestone for everyone involved. County leaders, staff, project partners, and community members came together to celebrate a facility built with the needs of Pender County at its center.
