Bobbitt welcomes Jeané Powers as our Vice President of Construction Operations. With over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, Jeané brings a strong foundation of knowledge and leadership to Bobbitt. Her expertise in field operations, project management, and executive leadership will be a valuable asset to our continued growth.

Originally from Chicago, Jeané holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural design from Union College in New York. She has built a distinguished career, starting as a Field Engineer, advancing through roles such as Superintendent and Project Engineer, and most recently serving as a Senior Project Executive.

Outside of work, Jeané is deeply committed to her community. She serves as an Executive Board Member and Chair of the Facilities Committee at Marbles Children’s Museum and is an active participant in Models for Charity. Additionally, she is a proud graduate of Leadership Raleigh Class 38.

Jeané’s passion for mentoring, streamlining processes, and breaking down barriers to productivity aligns perfectly with our values at Bobbitt. She is dedicated to fostering an environment where our team feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
