RALEIGH, NC – At Bobbitt, our commitment to building strong communities extends beyond construction; we believe in giving back and protecting the local environment we all share. Since 2016, we have proudly partnered with the City of Raleigh’s Adopt-a-Stream program to care for our adopted stream, Richland Creek. This creek flows from Edwards Mill Road to Reedy Creek Road, winding through the Schenck Forest. Twice a year, our team comes together for cleanup days to help protect Raleigh’s water resources.
Adopting a stream is more than just removing trash—it’s an opportunity to make a real, positive impact on our local environment, reflecting our dedication to caring for the planet and our communities. Safeguarding our environment is an ongoing journey, and each time we walk the stream collecting debris, we are reminded of the importance of protecting North Carolina’s natural resources. We’re proud to do our part—one cleanup at a time!
