Selected for its ability to design creative architectural solutions and its proven performance, Bobbitt overhauled Hope Chapel’s exterior with major alterations and constructed an entry canopy. The 25,000-square-foot church is located on Old Jenks Road in Apex, N.C.
Hope Chapel’s existing facade was updated with an exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS), which is a type of synthetic stucco facade that dramatically improved the appearance of the existing metal building. The canopy serves as an outdoor gathering space and provides protection from the weather for church members and guests when entering the building.
“These architectural improvements [by Bobbitt] are making a great church even better with a more inviting, energetic and pleasant appearance,” said lead pastor Bryan Finley.
Part of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, the Christian church began as a new outreach to the Apex area in the 1990s. Hope Chapel has continued to grow and impact lives throughout this time with their contemporary worship, family-friendly ministries and pre-school. Bobbitt built Hope Chapel’s original building in 2003.
