This 12,200 station is located on a heavily travelled thoroughfare in a fast growing area of Charlotte, North Carolina.  The building was designed with three drive-thru apparatus bays to allow for fast response to emergencies.  The building is two stories due to site size constraints.  Offices and Meeting Room are located on the ground floor, while the second floor houses a Day Room, Bunk Room, and Kitchen.
