Commercial property inside the Raleigh beltline attracts a great deal of attention these days. In this case, a Raleigh developer/owner of multiple convenience store sites came to us while examining ways to maximize the value of his high-profile location – across the street from Costco on the corner of Six Forks Road and Wake Forest Road.
Working closely with the developer on this 4,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit project resulted in a long-term lease with The Vitamin Shoppe, a national health superstore. Bobbitt handled site changes to improve traffic flow, completed the exterior shell, and consulted with corporate architects on the interior. Serving as a shining example of how design build is used to take full advantage of a busy corner site.
