Bobbitt built a 6,541-square-foot training facility for the South Carolina National Safety Council in Irmo, S.C. The space, which features four different styles of multi-purpose rooms available for rent, is a one-stop shop for organizations seeking a training venue.
From the start, Bobbitt designed on budget to create the rooms and dimensions needed to facilitate training of up to 120 attendees, as well as worked through zoning requirements to successfully increase the number of parking spaces for maximum capacity.
“We selected Bobbitt because of its vision, dedication and proven abilities to design and build a state-of-the-art facility that will allow the Council to continue its mission of making South Carolina a safer place to live, work and drive,” said Brooke Russell, chief operating officer. “We are excited to be able to offer this facility to better serve our community.”
Bobbitt’s outstanding safety record was another factor that appealed to the Council, as well as the firm’s experience in working with non-profit organizations.
