Bobbitt initially began working with the Cregger Company by assisting with the site selection process for its new distribution headquarters. We conducted due diligence on zoning and other site requirements and prepared preliminary site development budgets for each location Cregger identified. Our team also assisted with preparing budgets for renovating and adding onto existing buildings. After a final site was selected, Bobbitt worked through several conceptual designs and budget scenarios for various sized buildings.

It was determined that an 85,000-square-foot, expandable building would best fit the needs of the company. Bobbitt completed the facility, which consists of a structural steel frame; insulated, tilt-up concrete panels; and a TPO roof. The new building has nearly 14,000 square feet of office space, and the rest serves as a warehouse. The building has a 25-foot eave, large truck court and a loading dock with nine dock doors and one drive-in door.
