Triangle East Business Park Lot 2

Bobbitt constructed a 20,000-square-foot speculative flex building referred to as Triangle East Business Park Lot 2, located on Industrial Drive in Zebulon. Prominently located in what was formerly known as the Zebulon Industrial Park, the single-story structure provides necessary office, warehouse and manufacturing space for a variety of businesses in an excellent location.

Bobbitt designed the building to have a high-tech appearance that borrows aspects of another Bobbitt project, the North Carolina-based Nomacorc headquarters building – a company that manufactures 157 million plastic wine-bottling stoppers a month and is located in the same park.

The approximately 200 by 100 foot structure has no interior columns and provides the utmost flexibility for use. The space yields a 14-foot height clearance and contains both dock height and drive-in doors.

Bobbitt was chosen to complete this project based on past performance working for the developer, TME Investments, and the Noël family of companies, which is financing the project.

“Bobbitt’s ability to design and build an attractive, quality facility in a timely fashion was important to this strategic project,” said Mark Andrews of TME Investments.
