Associated Urologists of North Carolina (AUNC) is a medical group that was created after the merger of several urology practices. Needing a central location for its practice and administrative offices, AUNC selected Bobbitt as its construction firm after receiving a referral from another Bobbitt customer.

Bobbitt built the 24,000-square-foot medical practice and central business office at 3821 Ed Drive in Raleigh, NC. The single-story, wood framed structure and mansard roof met the consolidated practice’s space and aesthetic requirements.

Planning for growth, Bobbitt designed for the future as well. There is nearly 11,000 square feet of space on the site for a second building to accommodate future expansion needs or be leased to another medical provider.
