Five Points Centre occupies a prominent site on North Main Street in Fuquay-Varina, N.C. A past customer of  turned to us again for this office and retail flex – a 30,000-square-foot, two-story building on 1.88 acres.

The lot was very narrow with tight property lines, but Bobbitt was able to meet the client’s needs and provide an attractive new building at the gateway into Fuquay-Varina.
