Being a past customer, the owners of ACC Investment Properties knew Bobbitt was the right choice to design and build their new flex space located on ACC Boulevard in Raleigh. Set in an ideal location in the Brier Creek area with ample access to major thoroughfares for traffic flow, the lots feature three new buildings.

The 24,000-square-foot, 18,000-square-foot and 12,000-square-foot buildings form a small business park with perfect flow. Maximizing square footage with well-planned parking and truck movement was key when designing and building on this site.
