Bobbitt’s management team decided a larger office was needed to fulfill the architectural design and construction needs of business and industry in the Midlands region.

Bobbitt chose an office flex space at 1927 Thurmond Mall Blvd, Suite #102, near downtown Columbia because of its central location, providing easy access for both our clients and subcontractors. The goal was to create a contemporary work environment well suited for collaboration among employees – an extremely important factor for a design-build firm with architects and contractors working closely together. With multiple conference rooms, co-working areas and brainstorming spaces complete with glass walls that function as whiteboards, the new office provided a climate of cooperation among employees and an inviting space to meet with customers.
