When PHT Services, a risk management company serving the healthcare industry, wanted to relocate its Columbia office space, Bobbitt was the design-build team for the job. The renovations required extensive demolition of existing space, including the removal of the entire acoustical ceiling, but the team worked hard and created an office space, which suited the needs of PHTS as a business.

The 17,000-square-foot space, located at 201 Executive Center Drive, Suite 300, consists of 27 individual offices, open office space, two conference/training rooms, a large board room, complete kitchen, staff dining room, and completely renovated bathrooms.

Bobbitt worked with the building owner and tenant’s fast-track schedule by coordinating with a larger team, including the tenant’s data cabling and furniture subcontractor and IT staff. Overcoming a few obstacles along the way, the Bobbitt team was able to make quick decisions to meet the project’s deadline.
