Serving central and eastern North Carolina since 1970, Ditch Witch of North Carolina’s (DWNC) headquarters, located at 329 Hwy 70 East in Garner, was in major need of renovations. The Bobbitt team worked with DWNC to update the image of the facility to one that is in line with its corporate culture. The project involved renovation of 13,000-square-feet of existing space, as well as a 6,000-square-foot addition.

The renovated front facade drastically changed the building’s appearance. The parts area is now open and airy, with significant natural light. The offices were expanded, and the service bays were renovated to provide more light and a brighter work area. Bobbitt also reconfigured the service area to be more efficient and create more work bays. The exterior of the service area was updated with new panels and paint.

“The existing building was built in the ’70s and was drastically in need of a facelift,” said DWNC owner, Travis Wilkey. “We have received many compliments on the new building and are pleased with the modern image and more efficient layout.”
