The new 12,000-square-foot fire station was thoughtfully designed to meet the unique demands of a coastal environment, incorporating durable materials and construction methods suited to withstand humidity, salt exposure, and severe weather conditions. The facility includes comprehensive sitework to support efficient operations and long-term resilience. Inside, the station features three drive-through apparatus bays for rapid response, along with dedicated office space for administrative functions, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable sleeping quarters to support personnel during extended shifts.
