HPC Flex Building Shell

This project includes the construction of a 40,000-square-foot concrete tilt-up core and shell building for light industrial / flex use. The facility is designed to accommodate a variety of tenants with adaptable suite configurations, clear-span interiors, and generous ceiling heights to support warehouse, distribution, or light manufacturing operations. The building will feature dock and drive-in loading, modern storefront entrances, and integrated utility infrastructure to allow for efficient upfits. Site work includes associated parking, truck circulation, stormwater management, and landscaping to support long-term functionality and curb appeal.
