Friendly Drive Mixed-Use Building

Bobbitt completed a mixed-use building on the campus of North Carolina State University in Raleigh. Partnering with New City Design Group for the architectural design on this project, Bobbitt was able to deliver the 30,000-square-foot building while overcoming tight site conditions. The new building, located at 105 Friendly Drive, offers four levels of student housing and retail space on the lower level.
