Norse Brewing Longhouse
Bobbitt recently renovated a two-story, 3,175 sqft historic building in downtown Zebulon to house Norse Brewing Longhouse. This project was recognized with a DBIA Southeast Award, highlighting excellence in collaborative delivery and project execution. The renovation included a second-level roof deck and a lower-level outdoor patio. These outdoor spaces integrate with the town’s existing alley network, facilitating street events and future greenway connections to Five County Stadium.
The building’s historical significance adds character and charm to the brewery, creating a unique atmosphere for visitors. By preserving and renovating this historic structure, Bobbitt revitalized a piece of Zebulon’s history while contributing to the preservation of the town’s architectural heritage. The blend of history and modern amenities, such as the roof deck and outdoor patio, offers patrons a distinctive experience, bridging the past with the present in a vibrant downtown setting.
